Hello, beautiful readers! I'm combining two challenges today. In the Creative Perspective Challenge, D.L. Finn encourages us to use the photo below as inspiration. In dVerse - Poets Pub, De Jackson challenges us to write a quadrille with the word hoot in it. A quadrille is a poem with 44 words in it.

March Madness
what fun March brings!
green percolating in everything
tiny sprouts create flowers
blooms bring bees to happy hour
lucky leprechauns sprinkle charm
trick or treat, be wary of harm
drink, dance around, don't trample my foot
ah, go ahead! I don't give a hoot!

DeleteI remember when my father was part owner of a resturant with a bar.... On St. Paddy's Day he'd have his bartenders ask the folks if they wanted regular or green beer... And out of the same tap came regular or green beer!
ReplyDeleteActually the night before at least half of the beer mugs had a drop of green food coloring on the bottom of the glass... which of course the drinkers didn't see...
That's awesome! Very clever of your father! Thanks for visiting and sharing, Jules! :-)
DeleteI love your response to the prompt, Yvette. And I love that it made me smile!
