Hello, beautiful readers! I'm enjoying a lazy, rainy day today. With the weather not being appropriate for the beach, I'm spending some time writing poetry. Last week, I was honored to be chosen to provide this week's prompt at Wea've Written Weekly. With all the chaos happening in the world, I decided it was time to turn to fiction for an escape. I've decided to go with a utopian world since there is already plenty of dystopia happening here on earth. Lol!
For my Chronicles of the Diasodz series, I had to create a new world. I called it Caelagios, pulling from Greek and Latin words that, when combined, meant heavenly sanctuary. I've decided to write an Etheree for this world.
iridescent butterflies flap wings
leaving bright rainbows in their wake
pink wisteria grows high
above the peaceful lake
harmony resides
magic fills world
full of peace
kindness
love
